Pure gold <applause>
The star of the series is Steve Barnes, football manager and occasional amateur murder detective.

Got a massive facsimile of the original KJV bible as a gift. Unbelievably nice book.

Looks amazing!

I'm hammering through Escoffier again. I know it's a cookbook but to me it's a cultural history of regional French cooking that sadly is being lost because young/middle aged French people don't cook anymore.

Haven't read a book for over 5 years, in the last decade I've probably read 3 books.

But new year new me and all that **** so decided to pick up a book last night. Had to pick from what the wife has as I don't have any, went for 'The Humans' by Matt Haig. Read the first 20 pages or so and it was relatively amusing.

Read Joey Bartons book a little while ago, some parts are pretty interesting but he's a massive knobhead as expected. Reading the Game Of Thrones books now. On the 4th one, they're all huge but first 3 are great.
