I've not stopped drinking... at all

95Kg! f*** me, I was rightAbsolutelyGlorious wrote:I'm pretty much the same, and I'm carrying a bit of excess after Christmas. I have irregular meals though, and sometimes eat pretty much nothing all day.

First time I ever calculated my BMI the result was "Contact your doctor". Turns out 7 and a half stone is a smidge thin for 6 foot 2 .

Re: DRY JANUARY 2017
Nah I was cracking up a bit though . I'd lost somewhere between 5 and 7 stone over the course of that year (was about 11 years ago). I was going days without food and sleep at the time due to chronic insomnia and a loss of appetite.Bodacious Benny wrote:Jesus, have you been living in a famine zone?!skalpel wrote:First time I ever calculated my BMI the result was "Contact your doctor". Ah misread and thought you meant you were that weight now! I haven't been 7.5 stone since I was about 12 and I'm just under 6 feet tall!skalpel wrote:Nah I was cracking up a bit though . Ah right. Yeah I was 18 year old at the time. Silly weight. A year later I was up to 10/11 stone and I've been in and around that ever since.Bodacious Benny wrote:Ah misread and thought you meant you were that weight now!
