He can cover RB and CM. Underwhelming as I don't think he starts but would be a useful body through the door. Do think the squad looks a little thin with Shelvey and Krath out long term

Robin Gosens on his way out of Inter Milan in a potential swap to buy loan deal with Bayer Leverkusen for Mitchel Bakker.

The day before Deadline Day, oh what a fun day this usually is. A good few rumours floating around and players linked in no particular order

Maitland Niles- on loan from Arsenal (with an option to buy?) = personally I think this would be a good move especially with the likes of Krafth out injured, given he can potentially cover all of the backline and play in midfield.

Bakayoko- Supposedly will be available on a free as his contract will be terminated at Chelsea making him a free agent (he could in theory sign after deadline and be registered as long as there is space in the 25 man squad). = He's been a bit of enigma and forgotten player over the last few years (another to fall victim to the Chelsea back hole), he looked a real prospect when at Monaco but it just hasn't worked for him, I still think he'd be a good signing especially if on a free as good cover/backup for Joelinton/Willock in that ball winner/box2box role.

Gallagher- Another Chelsea player linked, I don't think personally that this one will happen and he'll most likely either a)stay with Chelsea (and be a victim of the blackhole) b) move on loan to another London club (Palace or Fulham) [Disclaimer- after that statement he'll probably sign permanently for us knowing my record]

Maddison- A player we've been linked with the whole window could perhaps see another bid being made, though I think Leicester are reluctant to see him leave.

Tielemans- Another Leicester player linked again in the last few days, there is rumours that a PL club have bid 19M for him not sure if it is the Toon but will be one to watch.

Jack Harrison- the former Man City man is another we've had in our sights this window again Leeds are reluctant to see him leave might be one who is revisited

Edson Alvarez- The Mexican is thought to be high on our list but an expensive one capable of playing in a defensive midfield role as well as defence 40M has been touted, can't see this happening at that price tbh ( Disclaimer- after that statement he'll probably sign permanently for us knowing my record]

In terms of outgoings Dubravka as we know is on his way to Man U, There is deals in the works for Fede, M. Longstaff, Lewis and possibly Manquillo and Murphy the last two might depend on incomings
