Guthrie, supposedly Pardew keeps saying to him he needs to look after the guys that are staying and from Guthrie's last interview it's pretty clear he's unhappy and on his way out.

Also I don't think this agent realises it will only go down hill after leaving us, we don't make mistakes in the transfer market anymore, if it would be a 'mistake' he wouldn't leave
