We saw first hand what Vardy offers without scoring, best player on the pitch against us.TJR wrote:Goalkeepers:

I'm glad he's been brought in. At least we are picking players on form rather than just based on name/club.

Also:
Jamie Vardy has as many assists from open play as Chelsea's Eden Hazard in the Premier League this season (eight).
Pretty impressive considering who he plays for.

Re: England squad for June internationals
Vardy has done well recently, but probably doesn't deserve a call up ahead of Ings or Berahino.
Re: England squad for June internationals
Vardy He's one of my favourite players just for the sheer ridiculous work rate. He will never stop hounding defenders all game, I really hope he gets a chance.

Joe Kinnear: "I think they've got some magnificent midfield players; Tiote, Ben Afri, Yohan Kebab, Sissoko are very solid."

Looking good in a lower end PL club is very different to doing it on the international stage.
But I do agree that players in form should get a chance. Complete joke that Smalling and Jones are in ahead of Shawcross.
