I want curly hair too
ILL Bill - The Hour of Reprisal -
I gave it 7.5/10 though so I'm robbing ILL Bill of a quarter of a star
And yes I am aware that 7.5 is rounded upwards

Re: Album Swap
Infant Eyes Adored that song whilst I was listening to it and I had to listen again after I finished the album, although it pretty much sums up my feelings towards the whole thing.skalpel wrote:Amnesiac
Basquiat Strings with Seb Rochford
1. Double Dares
2. Bobette
3. Forceful Feast
4. Infant Eyes
5. How Do Birds Hear Music?
6. Lonely Woman
7. Junk
8. In A Silent Way
9. Jaci, Jo and Joseph
PMing you .
The first 4 tracks I found were very strong and tracks that I got into very easily. The next 2 tracks I found quite average but after that it was back on form for a strong finish to what was a strong piece of work.
I really enjoyed that at times, the music just sounded plain odd and disjointed yet it didn't really matter because it still sounded pretty darn awesome. Bobette sounded like it should be in a short animation too, which really appealed to me because of how much I enjoy short, French animated films.
I will definitely try and get my hands on this in the future.

Weirdly the two tracks you single out as rather average are my exact two favourites, but I agree on everything else you say.Amnesiac wrote:Infant Eyes Adored that song whilst I was listening to it and I had to listen again after I finished the album, although it pretty much sums up my feelings towards the whole thing.skalpel wrote:Amnesiac

But, Black Keys really don't do anything for me. I find their albums to be quite dull as mentioned before. And with this one it's no real difference. I did like "Little Black Submarines" however, thats where it pretty much ends. I found the album to be quite unadventourous, and alot of the songs did pass me by. I noticed I was actually flicking through my CD chest while this was playing aswell, looking for Skalpels CD.
I'm really sorry boys
Re: Album Swap
I've also seen a flaw with your OP idea, 100 smilies per page.
Re: Album Swap
Indeed, it's easily sidestepped though, such as what I did with Ramone's ratings.Amnesiac wrote:I've also seen a flaw with your OP idea, 100 smilies per page.
