Hamilton reminds me of McIlroy. Great at their sport but comes across as an absolute moron.

Can't see Rosberg not winning the championship now. He's driving really well and his head is in the right place. If he does win it then he deserves it.

Easy win for Hamilton today, he needs a rosberg DNF in the last 3 races to stand any chance of winning the world championship.

Shame for Riciardo that a virtual safety took away his chance of a p2, although maybe he should have pitted too.

After FP2 and FP3 with Vettel and Verstappen topping the timing charts I was hoping that qually would be mixed up a bit. But when the track temperature warmed up it suited the Mercs and normal order was recorded.

Still, hopefully Hamilton wins again to keep the championship vaguely interesting. A dnf for rosberg would be great.

Looking forward to the first lap. Red Bull have good starts and Verstappen should be in the mix on the first few corners.

Didn't Hamilton do the exact same things as Verstappen and not get a penalty?

Hamilton wasn't going to lose a position (and backed off a lot to return the gap to what it was) whereas Verstappen was definitely going to lose a place.

Also stewards give a bit more allowance on the first lap as there's no tyre or break temperature.

I think Hamilton would've lost to Rosberg if he didn't cut the corner; he outbreaked himself loads. You're probably right about him getting away with it due to it being on first lap though.

In my view, Rosberg left a gap wide enough for the Titanic to do a 3 point turn on the first corner and Verstappen was in the right to exploit it.

All these post race interviews with Rosberg, Riccardo, Vettel and Verstappen are way more entertaining than the race!

That may be so but didn't Verstappen still not bump him off the track? There was definitely contact.
