You should only buy players with a workrate of 20

Bought four players for PSG that I had previously managed <laugh>

I always buy players I have previously managed or bring them in as backroom staff. In my current Chelsea staff, I have a mixture of ex Newcastle/Real Madrid/Chelsea players <awe>

I don't want to buy too many, as I will end up destroying a wonderful team I created <awe>

The ex player staff I've got at Hereford are Van Der Sar, Dean Ashton, Shaun Derry and Kevin Davies

Donachie, stop playing my up and coming complete forward as a f***ing right winger whenever I make him available for the reserves. <grr> I wouldn't mind so much if he was using one of my other striker prospects up front, but instead he's playing some no hope regen who's there to make up the numbers.

Btw, on a somewhat related note, Sports Interactive are hiring QA testers over the summer (no previous QA experience required). So if you can find some way to get to London 5 days a week and are looking for summer work with the potential to be kept on - http://www.sigames.com/studio/careers.php?id=15" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I say somewhat related since my up and coming striker is a QA guy from SI.

Exploiting the Argentinian and Brazilian leagues seems far too easy on FM.

I have trouble with work permits, with Crawley the only players that had good potential and were interested in joining me were the non-EU players, think last season with Crawley my most prominent nationality was Belgian with Cuvelier and some Belgian regen I had on loan, all rest were different and most outside of the EU. Now my most prominent is English with three which I bought as I got into Europe and needed some decent home grown talent, shame they cost so much.

I've had some great moments in FM, but I think what has topped it all is beating Argentina 5-1 with Iceland in the WC quarter finals <awe>
