The LD50 for salt is apparently 12357mg/kg. So if the average adult is about 80kg then the lethal dose is 1000000mg which is 1kg.

No way there's a kg of salt in soy sauce.

According to the internet it would take 47 teaspoons of salt to kill someone, which is around 109000mg. So it would probably take two 750ml bottles to finish you off
