Never gone that many, I'm a slow smoker so a decent sized one lasts me 2hrs. Shower, brush, mouthwash the night of before you go to bed, then repeat in the morning and have a coffee/tea and breakfast and you're golden. Were you nicotine sick at all to go with that? Occasionally I'll get this weird like vertigo if I smoke heavily and haven't in awhile, only thing I can compare it to is when I was in high school and used to go drinking at parties and get f***ed off 4 bud lights.
For alcohol, haven't been on the craic in awhile, having a girlfriend and an adult-responsibilities job tends to limit that. Wine hangovers are an absolute t** though. No amount of greasy food or DIY cure can release you from the misery.
