Probably more an indication of how big the gulf in quality has become between top and bottom of league since 2008. Also this Sheffield side would be mid table championship at best.
I think it’s a bit of a myth that there’s heaps of quality in the championship, you’d don’t need to be particularly amazing to do well as there’s a lot of very average teams. It’s just a narrative. I think the hard thing about the league is the amount of games, not the quality.
