Absolutely hammering it down in the Midlands, and I'm supposed to be going to the food festival in Birmingham later.

It went on for about 4 hours last night.

About half 2 in the morning I was woken up by a large crack of thunder and then a series of sudden flashes went on for about 30 seconds and all the windows in the house began vibrating from the thunder. MiniOT raced into our bedroom, dived in between me and my wife and hid under the duvet.

It was mental.

Took me three hours to make it into work this morning as the train lines have flooded and I had this convoluted journey inwards.

Not so much here.

I got caught in that yesterday.

I looked like Mr. Darcy coming out of the lake by the time I got to the train station but my nipples were like bullets.

Most things chavs do tend to be.

A balmy 32C here in south Florida, getting into summer meaning it rains for no apparent reason at least one hour a day after which the humidity gets up to 9000%. I like the heat but could do without feeling like I'm in a sauna 24/7.
