Was anyone else excited to see Carroll come on?
not really <laugh> Bruce's hard on for shelvey added to carroll's fitness makes me fear even more hewfing and/or tatical ineptness

Terrible lazy penalty by shelvey, agree would have been nice to go through but league is priority
What makes a penalty lazy? It can be bad, but "lazy" seems a bit cliche when used to criticise Shelvey.
Using the word clichΓ© without the " ' " in defense of Shelvey is a bit lazy.

Re: Other Clubs Transfer Deals (Summer 2019)

Yeah, but wages are so obscene at the top level that Barca loaning out Coutinho will save them probably Β£10m+ a year in wages alone, and they probably get the same again (or more) in a loan fee. It's why Man U are having problems getting rid of Sanchez on loan as no one can afford or are unwilling ...

Admitted to breaking the same rules as Chelsea, 370,000 euros fine.

Yep they followed the "we'll score one more than you" philosophy. Problem is they won't score anywhere near enough and they look like they will concede shed loads. Frighteningly early for a prediction, but I can't see them staying up. Sheffield Utd, Norwich and Brighton to go down. Hardly a surpris...
