It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city.

Not entirely sure that making the most asthmatic person in the building one of the fire marshals is a particularly good idea. Had a fire drill earlier and after his sweep of the building he looked like he was about to collapse, god knows how he'd cope if there was an actual fire

There was a staff night out over the weekend and one of the women was taking pictures on her phone and when she scrolled through them showing everyone she scrolled a little too far and accidently showed everyone a pic of her spreading her fanny, it was f***ing grim

Just took a wander into the thread goldmine, pretty sad to see how many of the regulars we have lost over the past couple of years.

I don't believe in guardian angels but today life gave me a sign, a sign it was going to be a s*** day. It appeared to me when I opened the store shutters to be greeted by a human turd curled out right in front of the store entrance, as I swilled it along across the path to the nearest drain I knew today was gonna be a right f***er and I needed to but that extra layer of skin on to see out the day, Staff calling in sick, thieving crackheads, bitchy old ladies, window punching maniac... Oh thank you turd of fortune for your wisdom and strength you bestoweth upon thee today.

Part of my walk to the train station in the morning goes past a patch that homeless people clearly use as a toiletDon Sholeone wrote: ↑Wed Sep 05, 2018 6:37 pmI don't believe in guardian angels but today life gave me a sign, a sign it was going to be a s*** day. I used to have a similar thing in the doorway of my old flat in Middlesbrough. It was set back from a main road so it was a handy public lavatory for the homeless or people coming home from a night out . It f***ing stank.
