It's meal replacement shakes. Contains all vitamins that are thought to be needed. Probably not a good idea to replace all meals as we don't really know what we need, but as a replacement for lunches etc it seems to be a fairly good, albeit boring quick meal.Micky Quim wrote:biggeordiedave wrote:

It's mainly about replacing breakfast and lunch at work for me, as I either skip them or I'll just eat s***. It's actually surprisingly filling and, if blended, tastes quite nice. The goal wasn't necessarily to lose weight, however I probably will simply by cutting a lot of the s*** out of my diet.

I don't really buy into fad diets or meal replacements personally. I find that if I eat healthily in the week (chicken salad or similar for lunch, lots of fruit in the day, stir-fry or some sort of curry / casserole in the slow cooker for dinner) in conjunction with 3 or 4 (max) gym sessions a week then my weight stays okay regardless of what I do at weekends where I'll have a few drinks and treats.
It really is all about balance for me and having them discipline to have 5 good days and a day or two with some treats.

That's the way to do it. I am a lazy bastard though, so Huel is perfect for me. It's cheap and only takes a few minutes to prepareBodacious Benny wrote:I don't really buy into fad diets or meal replacements personally. Interviewed for a new job today, seemed to go really well. Pay is loads better and the hiring manager seemed very enthusiastic about me starting.
Fingers crossed!

Well, just did a personality test for them. Apparently I'm a barely controllable narsacist who doesn't follow rules and hates authority.
So they called me in to meet the owner and sign my employment contract next week.....
