Joe Kinnear: "I think they've got some magnificent midfield players; Tiote, Ben Afri, Yohan Kebab, Sissoko are very solid."

Had a brilliant Brewdog imperial stout tonight, abstrakt AB:22 (12.5%).
Whisky on the nose and first taste, that makes way to a rich chocolate, vanilla and coffee stout and finished with a big sweet boozy hit. Ideal!

Titanic Plum Porter is my current favourite.
Literally tastes of plums and doesn’t seem to get you drunk.

Been having some stuff by Wylam lately, pretty decent. They're based in the NE.

45:33 and The Man behind the Door were both really decent IPAs too. My local bottle shop stocks quite a few by Wylam

Re: What is your favourite beer brand?
I'd been buying Bud Light quite a bit as a go to, cheap and relatively low-alcohol beer, but I can't bring myself to buy it anymore.
