and if i click it it takes me to systemonline (patient online service) which then gives me a list of options,go to request meds and this option underneath your regular meds is the one to add further med requests. it used to be just other and a text box so glad they actually changed it to make sense now





Edit: just remembered i'm sure you have to register with systemonline through your GP surgery

Took the tube in London today. A truly monumental f*** up on my part as it was only 4 stops but it was jam packed and hot and humid.

I wore a giants armpit as a hat. The hat was wet and sweaty.

Had my car insurance renewal quote come through, despite no claims and no changes it has gone up by £160 compared to last year.

I used to regularly be able to save a bit at the end of each month, not a huge amount but a couple of hundred quid or so. Can't remember the last time I was able to do that.

It's a shame to see the way that shitshow has gone, especially as Reddit managed to hoover up so many internet communities over the years. Kind of crazy that they've been able to build such a widely used platform, but all of the actual work on top of that is done by unpaid volunteers, all the content generated by users, the actual usable apps built on a flaky API, and at seemingly every step the admins/board have been trying to make it worse so that they could squeeze more money out or work their way to the bigger payday.

I don't post there, but I did find it a valuable resource for finding info (and endless doomscrolling, but may be good to lose that...)
