Dry January
Any of you lot giving it a go? Ive had a £50 bet with my missus as to who gives in first. This is going to be absolutely brutal for me as I drink most nights of the week. Im hoping a month off will help me get a bit of the Christmas weight off and fit again.

It makes more sense to stop maybe today or tomorrow so that you're completely alcohol free by Friday. Anything less than that is a failure in my book.Bodacious Benny wrote:Stop at 23:59

He's not saying he'll be alcohol free on 1st January, he's saying he won't consume any alcohol during January which he won't be as he'll have stopped on nye.bigbaldydave wrote:It makes more sense to stop maybe today or tomorrow so that you're completely alcohol free by Friday.
