Shelvey has been pretty s***. Joelinton really us turd and everything is falling for him and not Wilson.
Re: Match Day - Crystal Palace v Newcastle
f***ing hell Almiron. Surging run on goal, get to edge of area, play s*** pass behind Joelinton.

I thought that was a great tackle by Longstaff and he gets booked.

Shows how lacking we are up front that I am feeling immensely relieved that Gayle is close to returning. And I don't even rate Gayle.
Re: Match Day - Crystal Palace v Newcastle
Definitely. For all that I'm not a big VAR fan it annoys me that it can't be used in situations like that where we end up with a midfielder booked and they get a free kick in a dangerous position. Fortunately it was Shelvey-esque.originallad wrote: ↑Fri Nov 27, 2020 9:18 pmI thought that was a great tackle by Longstaff and he gets booked.

Benteke coming in, would probably do a swap deal for Joelinton there if it was an option...
