Yeah Sancho would be a quality signing on loan with perm view to sign. I'll take him.. he's a misunderstood genius I feel. Watch him rip it up again at Dortmund. I think a good man manager would elevate his game, he has all the attributes to be a elite winger. Would be a upgrade on Miggy on the right-hand side that's sure and I feel our style of play n Howe's guidance he'll be effective and productive (goals, assists).originallad wrote: ↑Thu Jan 11, 2024 3:33 pmYeah I have no idea how they managed to **** that up. I would have him here 100%Bodacious Benny wrote: ↑Thu Jan 11, 2024 3:25 pm
Lucky him!
Whether he's a bad egg or not, Man Utd are a complete and utter mess. It can't be any coincidence that so many good players have gone their and it has been a disaster. Ten Haag has arguably done no better than someone like Solskjaer, and his man management skills seem non-existent.

Definitely feels like a situation where they'd never have loaned him to an English side in case he rebounded and made them look like idiots. And even loaning him back to Dortmund allows them the narrative if he returns to form that it's because he's back where he'd previously played his best.

Jordan Henderson's 6-month expedition to win hearts and minds for LGBQT rights in Saudi Arabia is coming to and end, he's closing in on a move to Ajax.

Adam Armstrong tearing it up in the Championship for Southampton atm. 14 goals and 11 assists so far. I reckon we'll be seeing him in the Prem again next season regardless if Southampton get promoted or not.

In the prem but not returning goals/assists would be my guess (if Southampton go up). I genuinely can’t see a PL club punting on him unless maybe it’s a free transfer at the end of his contract.originallad wrote: ↑Sat Jan 20, 2024 1:02 pmAdam Armstrong tearing it up in the Championship for Southampton atm. 14 goals and 11 assists so far. I think he's a good shout as a 3rd choice option. But he's probably got plenty of decent games in him at a lower level so I guess depends on what he wants from the next few years. 3rd choice in PL or 1st at a championship club.

If Southampton don't get promoted I can see a newly promoted team signing him or one of a couple of Prem clubs that just managed to stay up.Bodacious Benny wrote: ↑Sat Jan 20, 2024 1:25 pmIn the prem but not returning goals/assists would be my guess (if Southampton go up). Quietly happy we didn't get him, thought he was great that first couple of PL seasons for Leeds but I haven't seen that same player in a while, seems very inconsistent and for the costs involved think the funds would be better put towards someone else.

Don't think anyone has seen that same player in a while. He never really plays.Don Sholeone wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2024 6:07 pmQuietly happy we didn't get him, thought he was great that first couple of PL seasons for Leeds but I haven't seen that same player in a while, seems very inconsistent and for the costs involved think the funds would be better put towards someone else.

That was one of our qualms of paying a high loan fee, we need someone match ready he wouldn't be 100%.overseasTOON wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2024 6:12 pmDon't think anyone has seen that same player in a while. If we had of agreed start of window maybe give him time to settle but not now
