Home tie against any league one or league two side please. All the big teams to draw each other...

I'm not too bothered tbh, a lot of the top end teams seem to be taking it more seriously this year (Pep is definitely going for the domestic treble) but it would be nice to have an extended run

Tricky away Championship tie obviously. That's the Newcastle way to get knocked out!

Still a lot of winnable ties in that lot. It was just nice to have us win a game we should win in the cup already. I've been bitter ever since watching us lose to Stevenage in the Strawberry back in 2011.

Re: FA Cup fourth-round draw
People often point to us playing a makeshift squad in the cup, but that was hardly the issue that day. They just played terrible...and we had a pretty mediocre team overall then. Pardew never got the team up for cup matches.Bodacious Benny wrote:Ah yeah, remember watching that on TVI'm over Colo wrote:Still a lot of winnable ties in that lot. Yes, definitely enough in that starting XI to have won. It's not like we fielded a team of kids (although some came on).I'm over Colo wrote:People often point to us playing a makeshift squad in the cup, but that was hardly the issue that day.
