Siem De Jong has signed for Sydney FC on loan, looks like his career is well and truly on the scrap heap, shame as he was so promising before his collapsed lungs knackered his body.

Well, could be worse places to see out your playing career.

Way before we even signed him used to love him, then we did that weird after 10pm transfer we did at the time, right out the blue. I remember I was watching a world cup game at the time and quite enjoying it when someone text me. Was over the moon. Just never quite worked out for him. Hope he does well.

Yeah, I remember the Man C v Ajax CL game where he tore them to shreds.CIH wrote: ↑Thu Aug 23, 2018 9:21 pmWay before we even signed him used to love him, then we did that weird after 10pm transfer we did at the time, right out the blue. Didn't he score twice? At least once I think, I vaguely remember a free kick. He was basically a more attacking Cabaye, and seemed a perfect replacement. Although a midfield three of Cabaye, Siem, Tiote, may he rest well, would have been beautiful on form.Bodacious Benny wrote: ↑Thu Aug 23, 2018 9:22 pmYeah, I remember the Man C v Ajax CL game where he tore them to shreds.CIH wrote: ↑Thu Aug 23, 2018 9:21 pmWay before we even signed him used to love him, then we did that weird after 10pm transfer we did at the time, right out the blue. And in conclusion, how far had you got through reading this before you realised it was my signature?

Re: Other Clubs Transfers Summer 2018/19
Should do alright there as Rennes are similar to Nice in that they'll challenge for the top six spots but never be quite good enough to compete with the likes of PSG, Lyon and Monaco for the title. Would have taken him back on a 1 year contract as a no.10/winger I mean he can't be any worse than before you may lose speed but never that amazing dribbling, technique and creativity he had.

Why would he have a medical in Rome for a Moscow club?

It is more convinient (quicker) to travel to Rome than Moscow.

I know it's last season Other Transfer Signings page but can't find one for 2019/20 so sue me....
But Sander Berge is on his way to Sheffield United, great signing by them
Talk in Norway is that he turned down a move to Man Utd in favour of moving to Bramall Lane
