It is as fair as the process could possibly be. The FA have a similar process. The 5 man panel will be Cisse's Overheating Torso, KingoStarr, Minty Fresh, PLS and TJR. You shouldn't attempt to communicate with any of us regarding anything to do with our investigation, other than between now and 18:00 on Friday in only this thread.
Are you seriously basing your judicial system on the FA!? <laugh> I'm pretty sure even they are clear on the details of the charge.

In all seriousness though I have no idea what you expect me to do.

Unfortunately that isn't how the panel works. We present a charge, give sufficient time for a response to the charge. We then meet to discuss the charge, examining the evidence and your response to the charge. We then decide if we need to ask you any questions or perhaps call in anyone else who was involved to help aide the investigation. We'll then decide if you are guilty or cleared of the charges. If you are found guilty we will publicly present our evidence alongside our verdict and your punishment.
Sounds fair.

To clarify thhe charge is related to you causing disruption in the TF PL CL QF thread. The disruption lead to be feeling there was no other option but to postpone the round.

How did I disrupt it so?

By predicting the same as your opponent. Then requesting extra fixtures, a request which was granted before it was decided it would be too short notice to implement extra fixtures. Also an issue was raised about the extra fixtures giving an unfair advantage to you over your opponent despite you opponent predicting first, which upon examination appeared to be the case. With all the chaos a postponement appeared to be the only option.

Unfortunately that is all we can say until after 18:00 on Friday. We have been generous as it is by giving you this information to help you respond to the charge. You have until 18:00 on Friday to respond to the charge.

Every person in the thread predicted a home win for RM, so that charge must be dropped unless you are going to charge the others. A policy of non-enforcement will lead to non-prosecution by a fair court.
Your decision to add extra fixtures was your own, not mine. I only said that the current round was not working as, as previously mentioned, everyone had the same result for the RM game. By adding extra fixtures you could have avoided having to force the second predictor to have to settle for what they wouldn't have predicted in the first place. This policy changes it from a "Prediction League" to a "Who was online at the time the fixtures were released League"
I believe you agreed with this, which is why you made the decision to add more fixtures. The fact that you consequently decided that it was too late to do this and canceled the round, again, is nothing to do with me.

To summarise, unless all predictors are going to be charged for predicting the same (on the RM game) I plead not guilty.
On the charge of causing disruption, I also plead not guilty, unless you are going to face the same charges.

Thank you for responding to the charge. You have until 18:00 on Friday to add to or change your response as nothing you have said will be considered until then. After 18:00 on Friday though everything will be considered.

We are continuing the investigation and you may not be the only one charged. However it is the job of the panel to decide who to charge not yours. The reason you are the only one charged initially is because we felt you caused the majority of the disruption that cause the postponement.

Not asking you to charge anyone, just pointing out that if I am implicated in (i) an honest mistake and (ii) a simple suggestion, then so too are others, including yourself <gent>

Hopefully it's guilty with a punishment of disqualification from the tournament.
