So it's only taken a year and a half after launch, but heists are coming next month. Oh and PC has been pushed back again.

Online Heists
We are excited to announce that the launch of Heists for GTA Online is scheduled for March 10th. We know it’s been a wait, and appreciate your patience. Heists will bring a brand new 4-player cooperative gameplay experience to GTA Online, giving players the chance to team up to pull off a string of intense, multi-part raids and robberies across Los Santos and Blaine County. Over the next couple of weeks, we will have more information about the launch of Heists and about other new features that we will release with it.

GTAV for PC
GTAV for PC will be arriving on April 14th at retail and as a digital download. Our apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and the GTA Online experience are ready to roll out on day one for PC. As a gesture of thanks for your understanding, we will grant anyone who has pre-ordered the game an additional $200,000 in-game cash for use in GTA Online.
Surprised at how reasonable the PC reqs are.

I'm excited about the PC version for sure, but hesitant to buy it straight away given GTA's dodgy history of PC ports

I can understand that, I'll probably be waiting for it to be on sale (unless a bunch of friends suddenly own it on PC) any way since I did play it at launch on PS3.

It'll be interesting to see how how they handle grey market or regional keys. It's £35-£40 at most UK retailers, but launching at half that in Brazil and Russia. They've got Rockstar Social Club to handle the DRM, so they've got the means for strict region locking if they want it.

PS3 isn't unpacked yet, don't think I've even had it plugged in some last summer at the most recent. <awe>

Did all the setup's to a 2 person heist (with the other guy as host). He sets me as driver him as hacker. Then refuses (or can't) do the hack so I wait 15 minutes then drive us into the sea <laugh>

This is why I want to do heists with real people

I'll be up for this at some point, assuming I can get online. No idea if my mic still works though.

Cool, I've had two good heist missions and a few terrible ones because people can't do their jobs/drop out/select hard difficulty with a low level team.

When it works, it's great. A few people on the same page, even without headphones would be ace

I've watched part of the prison break heist online, that looks pretty cool when people know what they're doing, only one person short with Cal involved too.

I can play on Wednesday afternoon/evening/night probably. Other than that I'm busy this week, unless people fancy post-midnight heists.
