Cheers, the hippo would demolish both of the other two, at the same time, with ease.
It's the most fearsome beast on earth.

Here, one single hippo defeats almost a dozen tigers, simultaneously.Duke wrote:A tiger could beat a hippo.

Right, they're lions, even more dangerous than tigers thus making the hippo even more bad ass.Duke wrote:Those aren't tigers .

No they aren't. Lions are nowhere near as strong or heavy and they fight in packs. And those were all females.
A tiger would beat a lion every time. They've been known to hunt rhinos and regularly take down massive buffalo.

Adult male lions have been know to kill elephants single handed.Duke wrote:No they aren't. Lions are nowhere near as strong or heavy and they fight in packs. And those were all females.

Then a tiger could do it easier because they're basically lions only way better in every way. Romans used to pit tigers against lions and the tigers always won easily (supposedly)Pretty Terrible Attacking Options wrote:Adult male lions have been know to kill elephants single handed.Duke wrote:No they aren't. I'm with Duke on this one.
Tiger swipe to the face.Although lions and tigers can be kept together in harmony in captivity,[33] conflicts between the two species in captivity ending up in fatalities have also been recorded. The most recent account of a fight in captivity happened on March 2011, where a tiger at the Ankara Zoo attacked a lion through its enclosure and killed the lion with a single paw swipe.
A tiger in chains can even beat a lion , mental. At the Coney Island animal show in 1909, a male tiger killed a male lion. During the performance, a performing lion attacked a chained tiger by leaping through the air, landing on the tiger's back. Though hampered by the heavy neck chain fastened to the iron bars of the arena, the tiger was more than a match for the lion and mangled the lion to death.

Tiger's are f***ing brutal. It would absolutely destroy a hippo. Post that in the other thread
I dunno
Re: What would win a fight between a gorilla and a grizzly b
I imagine the "heavy neck chain" was more of an advantage than a hindrance. The lion would go for the throat trying to choke the tiger, the chain would protect it.

The tiger was chained to something though? Would be like having to fight with one arm tied behind your back.Pretty Terrible Attacking Options wrote:I imagine the "heavy neck chain" was more of an advantage than a hindrance.
