Seems thanking a woman for being a woman on International Women's Day is sexist and patronising.

My father-in-law posting things on Facebook about how we need to cut down our use of fossil fuels in order to save the planet. The bloke drives around in a 3L Jaguar and goes abroad on holiday about 5 times a year <laugh>

It's £40.50 for 2 pouches which will do 28 meals (3 scoops per meal), so works out at £1.45 per meal. It's probably worth getting a flavour boost too, caramel has been my favourite so far.

I have 3 scoops for breakfast, 3 for lunch and then I have an evening meal. They're roughly 500 calories per meal so you could have about 4 per day and it will give you absolutely all of the vitamins, minerals, protein, carbs, fats etc. that you need for one day.
